San Martin No. 1061, district of Pueblo Libre, province and department of Lima ("Hotel Viñas Queirolo") to collect, use, store, transfer, and process ("process", or "processing"), in a free-of-charge manner, my following personal data within hotel Viñas Queirolo’s website (the "Website”): full name, identity document, email, date of birth, home address and contact telephone number(s) (the "Personal Data") for the following purposes:

• Analysis of Vebsite’s user profiles.
• Statistical and historical purposes.
• Sending advertising, newsletters, invitations, or promotional information from Hotel Viñas Queirolo about its services and products.
• Invitation to events and sweepstakes that Hotel Viñas Queirolo carries out or promotes.
• Management of promotional packages and the services they include.
• Conducting satisfaction surveys.

The aforementioned Personal Data will be stored in the data bank called "Clients", owned by Hotel Viñas Queirolo, during a maximum period of five (5) years since granting consent, but without prejudice of the exercise of your rights as detailed below.
