CHECK IN
We have a link so that passengers can carry out their pre-check online.
The room key is delivered duly disinfected and in a sealed envelope.

PAYMENT METHODS
We offer online and credit card payment methods to minimize contact with our guests.

POOLS
We comply with social distancing in the placement of lounge chairs and inside our pools.
The use of accessories such as aquatic recreational implements (balls, inflatables, among others) is not allowed.
We have an exhaustive disinfection control, regulation of PH and chlorine levels.
The service of food and beverages at the edge of the pool is not allowed.

LAUNDRY
The washing of sheets and towels is done at high temperature for proper disinfection.
