CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
- All reservations must be requested directly from the Reservations Department by email to firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com or phone (511) 261 3772 annex 102/103, which will be confirmed under a reservation code which it will be the only support of the reservation confirmation requested.
- To request the reservation must indicate the full name, nationality, date and time of arrival and departure of passengers.
- Not reimbursement or reusable.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation before 15 days of the date of the same, the penalty required by the Hotel Viñas Queirolo will be 10% of the total value of the reservation. This clause is accepted by the guest at the time of accepting the reservation.
- From the 15th day onwards, 100% of the penalty will be charged.
- For groups the agreed policy in the negotiation will be applied.
- For dates of high occupancy the cancellation policy may have variations.
- Food and drinks purchased outside the hotel are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of passenger pays his / her account directly, a credit card with the following information will be included in the reservation request: name of the cardholder, operator (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners), card number and expiration date to guarantee the reservation.
- In the event that your company is responsible for the payment of the reservation and maintain credit line with our Company, you must explicitly indicate the concepts on which the company will take charge such as accommodation, food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, telephony, laundry, cold bar products, airport transfers or others.
- In the event that your company is responsible for the payment of the reservation and does not maintain credit line with our chain, we ask you to prepay 7 days before the arrival of the guest in case of individual reservations; in case of a group according to the negotiation agreed.
- To credit the prepayment, please send the voucher to the firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, indicating the name of the passenger and the confirmation code of the reservation.
