Terms and Conditions – HVQ Birthday Promotions

1. Organizer
The promotion is organized by Hotel Viñas Queirolo, located at Carretera San José de los Molinos, km 11, Ica – Peru.

2. Validity
The promotion is valid for bookings and stays made during the guest’s birthday month, under the dates and conditions indicated by the hotel.

3. Promotion “Birthday Guest Stays Free”

• Valid for stays during the guest’s birthday month.

• Applies with a minimum booking of 1 night in 5 rooms (10 guests in total).

• The birthday guest stays free in one of the rooms, for a maximum of 2 nights.

  • If the birthday guest stays in a double room (2 people), the discount is 50% of the total room rate.
  • If the birthday guest stays in a triple room (3 people), the total room rate is divided by 3 and multiplied by 2.
  • If the birthday guest stays in a quadruple room (4 people), the total room rate is divided by 4 and multiplied by 3.

• Additional benefits:

• • Private wine tasting in the cava for the entire group (prior coordination required).

  • Bottle of sparkling wine in the birthday guest’s room.

• An official ID or passport must be presented at the time of booking to validate the birthday date.

• Not combinable with other promotions, discounts, packages, or agreements.

• Not applicable for Suite-type rooms.

• Promotion valid only for direct bookings (website, reservations office, or WhatsApp).

4. Promotion “Up to 25% Discount on Your Stay”

• Valid only for bookings and stays made during the guest’s birthday month, maximum for 2 guests.

• Discount applies to regular room rates:

  • 25% on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday).

  • 20% on weekends (Friday and Saturday).

• Benefit applies for a maximum of 2 consecutive nights.

• Not combinable with other promotions, packages, or agreements.

• Not applicable for Suite-type rooms.

• Subject to room availability at the time of booking.

• An official ID or passport must be presented at check-in to validate the benefit.

• Promotion valid only for direct bookings (website, reservations office, or WhatsApp).

5. Promotion “Up to 15% Discount on Romantic Dinner at El Intipalka Restaurant”

• Valid only during the guest’s birthday month.

• Discount applies to the romantic dinner experience at El Intipalka Restaurant.

• Maximum discount: 15%.

• Benefit applies to the birthday guest and one companion.

• Subject to availability and prior reservation (minimum 48 hours).

• Not combinable with other promotions, packages, or agreements.

• An official ID or passport must be presented at the time of booking or consumption.
