1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Hotel Viñas Queirolo, located in Ica, Peru.
2. Validity
The giveaway applies to all reservations with stays taking place between September 15, 2025, and October 15, 2025, through any of the hotel’s sales channels (website, direct bookings, OTAs, or partner travel agencies).
3. Participants
- All guests staying at the hotel during the mentioned period who complete the entry form at check-in and deposit it in the raffle box automatically participate.
- Travel agency representatives or third parties who are not registered hotel guests under the reservation are not eligible to participate.
4. Entry Mechanics
- At check-in, the guest who made the reservation will receive a physical form to complete with their full name, email address, and ID (passport in the case of foreign guests).
- The guest who made the reservation is entitled to one form per night of stay.
- Completed forms must be deposited in the raffle box located at the front desk.
5. Prize
- Two nights’ accommodation in a Superior Room with vineyard view, valid for two people.
- The prize may be redeemed between October 30, 2025, and October 30, 2026, subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Drawing and Winner Announcement
- The drawing will take place on October 22, 2025, at the hotel premises.
- Mechanics: Three forms will be drawn from the raffle box; the first two will be discarded, and the third will be the winner.
- The drawing will be recorded on video for transparency.
- The winner will be publicly announced on social media and notified by email.
7. Additional Conditions
- The winner must coordinate their reservation directly with the hotel’s reservations department.
- The winner has until December 31, 2025, to redeem the prize and confirm their visit date. After this deadline, if the prize is not redeemed, it will be forfeited without the right to claims.
- The prize visit date may be modified only once; any further change requests will result in automatic forfeiture of the prize.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify redemption dates in case of force majeure, with prior notice to participants.
- The prize cannot be redeemed during holidays, long weekends, special packages, or festive dates (such as the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, New Year, Easter, Independence Day, among others).
